Leasing - The Historic Village

Leasing

The Historic Village is home to dozens of businesses and not-for-profit organisations who value our unique, creative and inclusive atmosphere.

Our destination attracts over 170,000 visitors every year, providing plenty of foot traffic and opportunities to attract customers and clients. With Tauranga Hospital just a short walk away, and the 17th Ave Business Park continuing to grow, The Village is a central and attractive location to operate from.

In addition to long-term leases, we often have short-term ‘pop-up’ spaces available. Reduced rates are available for community organisations who are a registered charity.

For all leasing enquiries, please email village@tauranga.govt.nz

It’s not often we have a “vacancy” sign up—our Village tends to stay happily full. But every now and then, a special space becomes available. Have a look below and reach out if it feels like the right fit for you.
